	$50 includes:		$400 + all expenses to be covered by client
	Intake Form
	Discussion of Long Term & Short Term Goals	6	Travel Expenses
	Design of Tailored Program		All expenses covered by client
	Expectations		beyond 50-mile Chicago, IL area
			-Transportation, Lodging, Meals
2	Phone Consultation	7	Dover Solo Books
	$30 for initial 15 minutes		$30 USA each
	$25 per each 15 minute segment thereafter		$35 International
			Costs include shipping
3	In-Person Consultation
	$65 for initial 30 minutes (minimum)	8	Monthly Subscription
	$25 per each 15 minute segment thereafter		$100 Set of Generic Workouts

4	Workouts
	$110 for a set of 4 workouts for one month (4 weeks' worth)
	$150 for a set of 6 workouts for one month (4 weeks' worth)
