North Shore Masters
A group of adults who have a lot of fun swimming and playing together. Coached by International Marathon Hall of Fame Honoree Marcia Cleveland, all team members are pushed to do their best on a regular basis.
Practice Information
Workouts are held at Lake Forest Academy, 1500 Kennedy Road, Lake Forest, IL 60035
They are from 5:30-6:30am on several weekdays plus some Saturdays.
